Fees

We provide customised costing when calculating the fee for our fire consultancy services

Each building is individually assessed prior to a quotation; therefore our fees vary to the building type, special risks and in the case of industrial premises, the manufacturing process.

As a guide our base costing is £195.00 for the full Fire Risk Assessment which would normally comprise up to twenty pages and tailored to the individual premises. Costing may reduce or increase from that figure dependant on the type of premises and risk.

We specialise in urgent assessments where for instance, the sale or exchange of a property is dependant on a suitable Fire Risk Assessment, and we do not charge any extra for that urgent assessment.

Property Inspections

We also specialise in re inspecting properties where the Fire Risk Assessment has been found or is considered not ‘satisfactory or sufficient’.

These are usually carried out by one of the many individuals or businesses who ‘believe’ they are competent to carry out a proper assessment, but are not.
